By accessing, registering on, or using the 555sx platform available at 555sx.net, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with 555sx's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the 555sx platform and close your account. Continued access to or use of 555sx constitutes your unconditional acceptance of all terms contained herein, including any amendments that 555sx may publish from time to time.

To register a 555sx account and access real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 555sx platform operates a strict 21+ policy without exception. CNIC-based age verification is mandatory and must be completed before any real-money deposit, wager, or withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate, trust, or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing 555sx from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of 555sx or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from 555sx or any other online gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.

555sx reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill confirming your address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 555sx platform. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 555sx will close all associated accounts, forfeit any outstanding balances, and may report the matter to relevant fraud prevention agencies.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555sx Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 555sx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify 555sx immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not allow any other person to use your 555sx account, even temporarily.
• Account balances, bonuses, and loyalty rewards are personal to the registered account holder and are non-transferable.
• 555sx may suspend or close any account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy-related action.

All deposits and withdrawals on 555sx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 555sx does not apply internal currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay) are outside 555sx's control and may apply independently.

The following payment methods are accepted on 555sx for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and individual account verification status:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction (subject to payment method minimums).
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a fraud and AML prevention measure.
• Withdrawal timeframes: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and SadaPay withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take 1–3 business days depending on banking hours and public holidays in Pakistan.
• Pending verification: Withdrawals may be held pending KYC document review if the account has not yet completed full verification. 555sx will notify the player and request the necessary documents promptly.
• Reversal of withdrawals: Players may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it has been processed. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.

555sx offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, amounts, and eligible games are stated clearly in the offer terms for each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and their wagering requirements are denominated in PKR.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses using separate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 555sx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute toward wagering requirements. The list of excluded games is published in the relevant offer terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding the stated maximum may be voided and associated winnings forfeited.
• 555sx reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold related winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated multi-account play.

Each game and betting market on 555sx is governed by individual game rules published within the respective game interface or betting market page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

• All bets placed on 555sx are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the game rules specifically permit in-play cash-out.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server error during a game session, 555sx will use its best efforts to resolve the round in accordance with the applicable game rules. In cases where a definitive result cannot be determined, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
• Cricket and sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• 555sx reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, software fault, or data feed error. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets on 555sx. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555sx platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or using more than one 555sx account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of wagering requirement loopholes.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with game systems on 555sx.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting outcome.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after genuine gaming activity has taken place using the deposited funds.
• Money laundering: Using 555sx to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering scheme.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with 555sx platform software, game engines, or RNG systems.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555sx platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any 555sx platform content.
• Using the 555sx brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written consent.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the 555sx platform on any other website or platform.
• Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the 555sx platform using automated tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555sx's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the 555sx platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that player into their 555sx account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

555sx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical faults, server outages, or third-party provider failures beyond 555sx's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay).
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Temporary or permanent platform unavailability due to maintenance, regulatory action, or force majeure events.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence. Pakistani players retain all statutory rights available to them under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation, to the extent those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
